Update: December 2010

Dale S. Rothman attended the Dialogs for Water and Climate Change at the 16th Conference of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 16) in Cancun, Mexico in early December. He served on a panel of experts in a session on scenario modeling and its link to water management in the context of climate change.
