Henock worked with Care International in Ethiopia for four years in the area of Early Warning, food security and livelihood development, Emergency relief, and Natural resource conservation and development Projects. He is interested in the area of shift from relief to development continuum, Relief Emergency operations, Early warning and natural resource utilization in Africa. Moreover, speaks of three Ethiopian and East African Languages ( Amharic, Oromo and Somali [intermediate])
