Keith has been working with the IFs team since September 2009 focused on patterns of innovation and the role of information and communication technology (ICT) on development. His research interests concern the intersection of technology and domestic institutions in enabling economic growth. He also has extensive and ongoing consulting experience in providing operations and technology solutions to diverse industries including telecommunications, software, and financial services.
