Julius is doing post-doctoral work at GSIS and has worked on the IFs team since the Fall of 2006. He is originally from Kenya, and has a specific interest and expertise in forecasting African futures. He has completed the mapping of Africa 2025 futures scenarios for IFs. Julius brings a diverse set of skills to the IFs team and would specifically be interested in being contacted regarding conceptual issues regarding modeling, the implementation of scenarios and forecasting regarding Africa.
